Doctors' Appointment Times
Appointment times with Doctors vary according to the individual Doctor but are approximately Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12 noon and 2.00 to 6.00pm. We also offer appointments beyond 6.30pm on a Monday evening (ask at reception for details).
Please note that not all Doctors offer general appointments every day of the week as some time is given to specialist clinics.
The duration of a single booked appointment with the Doctor is 10 minutes.
We believe in taking time to understand your problems fully, so please try not to bring several issues to a single consultation.
Nurses' Appointment Times
Monday to Friday weekly from 8.30am to 12 noon and 3.30 to 6.00pm.
Out-of-Hours Service
An out-of-hours service is available between 6.30pm and 8.00am weekdays and throughout weekends, staffed by local GPs and based at George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton. The telephone number is 0300 130 3040. This is
not a "drop-in" centre and you will only be seen by prior arrangement following your telephone call. This service is reserved for medical emergencies that cannot wait until the next available surgery.
NHS Walk-in Centre
If you believe your condition might be adequately treated at a walk-in centre, the nearest such facility can be found next to the Coventry & Warickshire Hospital on Stoney Stanton road, Coventry. It is
open 7.00am - 10.00pm on weekdays and 10.00am - 10.00pm at weekends and bank holidays.
Access To The Practice
The practice is located on one level and as such has good access for disabled patients. Access to any services on the first floor is via a lift for those patients unable to use the stairs. Disabled toilets are
available on the ground floor.
Car Parking
Unfortunately, we cannot offer parking facilities at The Health Centre other than one disabled parking bay. Patients are advised to use the Civic Hall "pay & display" car park (the closest) or other car parks
available in the town centre.
