The Practice Manager
Mrs Elizabeth Gilbey
Our Practice Manager can offer help with your queries concerning the administration of the practice and other non-medical aspects and is responsible for the smooth running of the practice. Any complaints or suggestions regarding medical and non-medical matters should be addressed to the Practice Manager.
Practice Nurses
Mrs Carol Frost is the lead nurse in the Asthma Clinic and Childhood Immunisations.
Mrs Mandy Shobbrook is the lead nurse in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Mrs Andrea Mace is the lead nurse in our Cardiac Clinic.
All our nurses are fully trained in their specialities and also offer weekly Smoking Cessation Clinics.
Practice Secretaries
Mrs Vanessa Haywood deals with all aspects of patient-related correspondence, out-patient appointments, medical and insurance reports.
Mrs Lesley Clarke is responsible for new patient registration, cervical cytology and childhood immunisation recall and can help with queries on some aspects of the administration of the practice.
Both of our secretaries will deal with your enquiries and requests as efficiently as possible whilst respecting your confidentiality.

The aim of our Receptionists is to allow you to make the best use of our services and they will try to answer any queries you may have. They are trained to take essential details sympathetically and in
complete confidence.
Other Healthcare Professionals
The services listed below are available to our patients:
District Nurses care for chronically and terminally ill patients. They also perform wound and ulcer care, injections and provide incontinence advice.
Community Midwife works with GPs to provide care for patients before and after delivery.
Health Visitors provide advice to parents of children up to the age of five years. Along with a Doctor and the Practice Nurse, they are also involved in the running of the Child Health
Surveillance clinic.
Phlebotomy (blood taking) is accessed by the Community Reception in the main waiting area and is by appointment only. The Phlebotomist is on the first floor and a lift is available.
Physiotherapy is available by GP referral and appointments are accessible through Receptionists. The Physiotherapist attends weekly.
Chiropodist and Dietician are by GP referral.
