How Do I....
Register With The Practice?

We will accept applications for registration unless we have fair and reasonable grounds for not doing so. We will not discriminate on grounds of disability, medical condition, age, appearance, race, gender, social class, religion or sexual orientation. Patients will be allocated a Doctor unless they state their preferred Doctor eg on grounds of clinical speciality. However, appointments with your chosen GP may be declined on the grounds of availability, appropriateness or reasonableness. You are able to see any GP within the practice and not specifically limited to your registered GP. It is the policy of this practice to offer all newly registered patients a medical check-up with the Nurse.

New Patients

When you register with the practice, you will be given a registration form. Please give as much detail as possible on the questionnaire as this information will help us until we receive your medical records from your previous Doctor. If you are on repeat medication you should make an appointment with the Doctor before you need your repeat prescription.

Temporary Residents

We are happy to see patients as temporary residents, including friends or relatives of existing patients.
